Verde Health — wellness brand site on laptop with blank screen

The brief.

Verde was founded by a doctor and a former FMCG marketer who'd both watched the wellness category turn into a colour-pop, claim-heavy race to the bottom. They wanted to launch a small range of clean-formulation supplements that read more like a pharmacy than a juice bar — without sliding into clinical sterility.

The brand had to live in two worlds. Trustworthy enough that a paediatrician would recommend it. Warm enough that a 32-year-old in Bandra would put it on her counter, not hide it in the cabinet.

The approach.

The naming led the strategy. 'Verde' — green, calm, plant-adjacent without claiming to be a plant brand — gave us a colour anchor and a tonal register we could carry into every customer touchpoint.

The site is the centre of the brand because the brand is e-commerce-first. We built a quiet, editorial product browser — large product photography, ingredient transparency in plain language, and no manipulative urgency ('Only 3 left!' is banned). Trust on a page is a question of what you don't do as much as what you do.

The launch campaign ran on a small spend — meta + a curated set of paediatrician and GP newsletters. The creative was photography-led, with the slogan 'Feel better, slowly.' running as the only consistent line across every placement.

The outcome.

Verde sold through 73% of the launch inventory in the first 38 days, with a 4.9-star average review and a repeat-order rate that's now tracking 28% — both well ahead of category benchmarks.

More importantly, the brand has held its premium price point against three direct copy-cats that launched within four months — the editorial voice and visual restraint turned out to be harder to imitate than the formulation.
